Loved the yoga class at the nest. Jan is very welcoming and provides a calming presence 😊 encouraging us to take our practice at our own pace and abilities. Jan has a great knowledge and guides from the inside out. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I'm looking forward to my next class. 😀
