Loved the yoga class at the nest. Jan is very welcoming and provides a calming presence 😊 encouraging us to take our practice at our own pace and abilities. Jan has a great knowledge and guides from the inside out. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I'm looking forward to my next class. 😀

Jan yoga class makes you feel wholesome, some days when you don’t want to go, being tired or whatever reason, and you make the decision to come, you feel so much better coming out, great class with some lovely people , thank you Jan xxxx
